Here’s a very simple but effective confidence-boosting visualisation meditation*. It only takes 5 minutes and is perfect for when you have something big coming up that you’re feeling hesitant or nervous about – a date, a project etc – or even if you’re just feeling a bit ground down by life and not quite like yourself.
