Whether it’s a podcast, article, book, recipe or bath soak here are some favourites of mine from the year so far. I hope you may enjoy them too.

Read:

How the Capybara won my heart – giant rodent love, don’t really need to say more!

Mate Expectations – Nikki Osman, editor of Women’s Health, has a very good newsletter on friendship (with an equally good name).

The Whole Brain Child – the neuroscience on the brain here isn’t very up to date, but I’ve found the general premise and guidance really helpful with my own little ones.

Watched:

SAS Rogue Heroes – appreciate I’m pretty behind on this one but anyway, it’s made for good dreary weather watching!

Apple Cider Vinegar – I haven’t technically yet watched this true-ish show based on the wellness ‘influencer’ Belle Gibson who lied about pretty much everything. But I have listened to many podcasts/read features on her story and am 100% engrossed, so this is firmly at the top of my list for the week ahead.
